Science based targets initiative (SBTi)

For the first time in 2023, we carried out emission calculations covering our entire operations in Sweden. The calculation was performed according to the GHG protocol for 2022. The calculation took into account the emissions of our own operations (Scope 1 and 2) as well as emissions generated throughout the value chain (Scope 3).

The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) has approved Celsius Sweden AB’s near-term science-based emissions reduction target. Celsius Sweden AB commits to reduce absolute scope 1 & 2 GHG emissions 42% by 2030, and to measure and reduce its scope 3 emissions from a base year 2022.
